Shortcuts

iPhone — send from any app

Two shortcuts, built once in the Shortcuts app (about 3 minutes). They then appear in every share sheet. Keep this page open next to Shortcuts and use the Copy buttons.

1 · “Drop” — photos, videos, files

  1. Shortcuts → + → name it Drop.
  2. Tap the ⓘ (Details) → turn on Show in Share Sheet. Tap Receive and keep only Images, Media, Files, PDFs.
  3. Add the action Repeat with Each (it picks Shortcut Input).
  4. Add Get Contents of URL inside the repeat (drag it up above End Repeat if needed). URL: paste files URL.
  5. Tap Show More → Method POST. Headers → add Authorization = paste key; add x-device = iPhone; add x-filename = the Repeat Item variable, tap it → Name.
  6. Request Body File → File = Repeat Item. Done.

2 · “Drop link” — links and text

  1. + → name it Drop link → ⓘ → Show in Share Sheet, Receive only URLs, Text.
  2. Add Get Contents of URL. URL: paste links URL. Show More → Method POST, header Authorization = paste key.
  3. Request Body JSON → Add new field → Text: key text, value = Shortcut Input. Done.

Use: in Photos, Safari, Files, Mail… tap Share → Drop or Drop link.

Windows — right-click

Right-click any file or folder → Show more options → Send to → Drop. Or drag files onto the Drop icon on the desktop. Folders are sent as a .zip.
